Le Coq & Co. was built on a simple belief...that good food doesn't need to be complicated, but it does need to be made properly. From savory pies to slow-roasted rotisserie chicken and artisan market provisions, everything we make is rooted in tradition and craft.
We started as a pop-up, now we're building toward something permanent.
A market. A kitchen. A place worth coming back to.
The Pies
Proper hand-raised pies. Hot water crust, hearty fillings, made from scratch. Seasonal rotating flavors such as, Le Coq Basque, The Bleu & Burgundy, and The Tuscan Forager. Each one built bold and held with two hands.


The Rôtisserie
The heart of Le Coq & Co. Whole chickens, slow-turned, seasoned well and served with crispy potatoes, seasonal salads and proper accompaniments.
Maximalist Serifs
The Market
A curated provisions counter. Charcuterie, artisan cheeses, house-made sauces, seasonal salads, fresh bread, local goods and essential pantry items. The things worth taking home. The kind of shop that becomes part of a neighborhood's weekly routine.


The Restaurant
A full-service bar and dining room anchored by the same philosophy as the market - honest food, made well. Rotating craft beer & wine on tap, and roasts & pies to share. A room worth lingering in.

What started as a pop-up, is the first chapter of a larger story. Le Coq & Co. is building toward a full market and restaurant concept: a rotisserie counter, a provisions market, and a bar worth staying at.
